HAIKU Poem: Banyon Trees, by John Fernandez

banyan trees crawl free.
setting roots in fertile ground,
secrets deep within.

the banyan stands proud,
shaped by strong winds – life’s trials.
growing far and wide.

secrets intertwined,
tangled in roots’ strong embrace,
unfazed by the past.
