NATURE Poem: Drawing, by Allan Scherlen

The flute against
a stone wall where
it plays, celebrating

Hopi pots
and necklace art
of fertility in beads;

Kokopelli plays
a trickster tune,
holding a horn

higher then low,
legs keeping pace
with the dance of animals.
