It only takes one turn to make a ripple in your journey,
It only takes one ripple to change your life irreversibly,
It only takes one change to change the lives of all around you forever.

It only takes one letter to change a sentence,
It only takes one sentence to change your life forever,
It only takes one change to change the lives of all around you irreversibly.

It only takes one letter to change your DNA code,
It only takes one change in your DNA to change your life irreversibly,
It only takes one change to change the lives of all around you forever.

It only takes one change to change everything,
It also only takes one change to change everything irreversibly, but not every change,
It also only takes one choice to change everything back – but is it really back, when it is all irreversible?

I only made one turn, amongst so many turns, to make a ripple in our journey forever.
We are now torn between the life that could have been and the present path;
You make one change for every change to change it all again, and on goes life.
