Read Poem: SELF, by Paola Botero

Gently passing by as the light,
Range in nature with emotion.
Conquer the world before revolve.
Amuse yourself to persist and
Survive to the immaculate
Heart of yours.

Proclaim, Glorify, Provoke
When romance is born –
You are magnificent.

Planets justify
on your behalf.
Nothing is superficial
It’s called perfectionism
A sin from earth.

Triumph, Forgive, Evolve
Celebrate your life.
Awake; before someone
comes, accusing you
For what it’s right
Or wrong – It can eat you.

Believe, Have Faith, Trust
It’s power in itself.
